Joy of Acting is an exciting, fast-paced program that develops social skills and theatre technique! Specifically designed for students with high functioning autism, Asperger's syndrome and other social cognition delays, the classes welcome neuro-typical actors as well! Our amazing instructors provide a nurturing community of peers with top quality instruction in a positive, rewarding environment.
Improvisation and comedy help each student discover their unique abilities and provide an exciting stage for learning key social skills such as reading body language, perspective taking, and understanding and expressing emotions.
